Privacy Notice
Draft privacy notice for the AI INVEST pre-launch website. It should be reviewed against the final production data flows and applicable legal requirements before commercial launch.
Who operates AI INVEST
AI INVEST is created, maintained and owned by Jamuda Technologies LLP. Questions about this notice can be sent to ai@ai-invest.in.
Information we may collect
If you join early access, we collect your name, email, self-selected profile and product interest. If you sign in, Firebase Authentication and your selected identity provider may provide an account identifier, display name and email address. Apple users may choose a private relay address.
Signed-in users may choose to store a watchlist, score-alert preferences, private research notes and in-app notifications. These features are associated with the user's authenticated AI INVEST account.
If you submit feedback, we may store your feature vote, usefulness rating, optional comment and the related security ticker when supplied.
Optional analytics
Pre-launch usage analytics are optional. The website asks for analytics consent before collecting first-party research-usage events such as page views, ticker searches, screener filters, research-page opens, watchlist actions or feature feedback. Visitors choosing “Essential only” can continue using essential website, authentication and security functions without optional analytics collection.
Our pre-launch analytics design avoids storing full IP addresses in application analytics records. It may use a short-lived session identifier and, for signed-in users, an account identifier to understand product engagement.
Identity providers and security
Google, Microsoft and Apple sign-in are optional and their own privacy terms apply to the authentication transaction. AI INVEST uses Firebase Authentication for identity management. The website may also use Firebase App Check with reCAPTCHA Enterprise to help protect backend services from automated abuse; this security processing is separate from optional product analytics.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the pre-launch service, authenticate users, retain requested research workspace features, provide alerts, respond to feedback, measure product usage where consent is provided, secure the platform and communicate about early access where the user has requested it.
Research notes and watchlists
Private notes and watchlists are intended for the signed-in user. They are not published as public research content. Users should not store passwords, authentication secrets or other highly sensitive personal information in research notes.
Service providers and storage
AI INVEST uses Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure and may use configured email-delivery or other operational service providers. Production retention periods, processor details, cross-border/data-residency controls and deletion workflows should be finalized before commercial launch.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics, choose whether to join early access, choose whether to enable email alerts, remove securities from your watchlist and change private notes. Production account access, correction and deletion procedures will be documented before commercial launch.
